Husband swipe Wives

The story reads like a script from a telanovela series; Millecent Auma, who has been married to Christopher Bwire in Suroba, Matayos constituency, leaves her matrimonial home with one Kevin Barasa and relocates to Namwitsula, Butula constituency where Barasa has a wife. Lilian Weta. They arrive at the dead of the night and Weta is told to pack and leave because their is a new sheriff in town. Barasa actually tells Weta to go look for Auma's husband and stay with him which actually to my amusement, Bwire agrees to the arrangement.

You may look at it as a cultural practice, but do you know even in all our modernity they are couples who are well educated, very well informed who are practicing partner swapping? Definitely not as boisterous or loud as the story above but it happens in private parties hosted at exclusive suburbs within County 047.  It is a controlled environment and whatever happens at these ''swingers'' party strictly remains top secret.

Are we feeding off the western culture or are we simple aping our traditions and culture(depending on where you are coming from)? let me know...

  3. I am speaking on behalf of all Polygamous Men out there; whether secretly polygamous or publicly polygamous, wife swapping is a phenomenon that we are yet to understand its origins and its destiny!
